apparently, the devil was associated with the goat at one point, and dragons at another. anything to help folks differentiate a true biblical demon from the village horny devil perhaps?

yes, being a kid before with yet a narrow thinking gets really bothered by the appearance of the devil.....including what the devil really does.

 

 

 

just noticed that some women in MTC use winged beings (mostly angels) as their avatar. if you're using a winged being as an avatar, what's special about it and why use it? If not, why do you think winged beings are used popularly as avatars?

had to look closely at my own avatar to determine if those were bat wings or angel sleeves. then it reminded me of a jon santos line "wala akong pakpak, p*kp*k lang." crass, but funny. anyway, i think women like winged creatures for all the varied notions and images they call to mind beginning with the obvious - angels - and reaching to more abstract concepts such as power and the implicit freedom to "fly away," whether from her daily life or from societal convention.

Girls in their younger years usually watch TV shows which project bad boys and good looking guys as the "standard" every girl should look.

As they grow old, the priority for most women shifts (tend to become "practical"), going for cerebral and successful men, in my opinion.
