chipmaker
i dont know. i guess it comes naturally for us. what should you have to make you think you are sosyal? Quote Link to comment
ADAM
I dunno. Educate me. Kaya nga nagtatanong. What's in being sosyal that you think would benefit an individual? Quote Link to comment
chipmaker
nothing. but since you're so interested, how do you think an individual would benefit if he/she is sosyal? Quote Link to comment
ADAM
That was essentially the same question. I thought a natural can bring light upon my curiosity. So.what's in being sosyal that you think would benefit an individual. Quote Link to comment
chipmaker
It's all about having the right connections and the fair amount of resources to get things done. But, like you said, I may not be a natural so don't quote me on that. How can being sosyal benefit society, in general? Edited February 3, 2014 by chipmaker Quote Link to comment
ilb4u2nyt
it makes the market and manufacturers happy How does being a sosyal benefit someone financially? Quote Link to comment
ADAM
So i need to be "sosyal" to "get things done" ?Like, making connections with the sosyals for what?Popogi kaya ako pag naging sosyal ako? So, why do a lot of people still aspire to be sosyalins if there's really no guaranteed benefit from gunning for it? Quote Link to comment
chipmaker
Kasi it looks nice, with the Loboutin shoes and Bally messengerbags and all that s@%t. What time do you usually get out of the office? Quote Link to comment
dungeonbaby
@ADAM: if to be sosyal is to be of a certain socio-economic, even cultural, status (evidenced by, perhaps, a taste for the finer things in life), then there is definitely some benefit to it, which would explain why some people aspire to be considered sosyal.@chipmaker: any time i finish work, i guess. what characteristics do you find people attaching to those more affluent than they are? ADAM
@chip: whenever i feel like it. Same goes with the coming to the office. No timecards. No logins. It's one of the perks. It won't win me the "employee of the year" title but who cares. But in exchange... @tonya: Around 1 am.What's an effective cure for boredom (aside from mtc) after office hours?
