Basketball 2x a week 2 games/ session.

Run 2x a week 5km/session.

Lift weights a bit every other day.

Biking, if i can still squeeze it in the sched.

 

Diet. Half rice and 2 extra rice. Lechon kawali. Adobong baboy asin. Kare kare. Etc.

 

 

 

 

 

Whatntime do you normally wake up in the morning?
