i once met this fellow pinoy in KL thru his daughter. some people would not call him evil really coz he was a decorated war hero recognized for his daring raids and a revered local robin hood in his hometown where he at some point was mayor. probably not evil, just... on the opposing side. oh, and i only shook hands with his daughter, i swear!
