If he is on the Yahoo cant cut list, then settings should be changed to allow the Davis owner to drop him (or move him to the farm ) if he so wishes. P.S. Once he plays his 100th game (meaning, you cant pick him up while he has not yet played his 100th game), he is no longer NBDL-eligible and anyone can pick him up if he is still in the FA pool by then.
