just so there would be no confusion afterwards, i want to clarify and/or add rules regarding the rookie draft.

 

if an NBA drafted rookie decides not to play in the season he was drafted, the fantasy team that drafts him would be able to keep his rights up to the time he plays for the nba team that drafted him OR that team trades him to another nba team AND starts playing

 

in which case, our NBDL eligibility rules kick in.

 

 

if the said player, decides not to play in the nba the season he was drafted AND is able to re-enter the draft in a different year, the fantasy team that drafts him loses his rights instantly.

 

 

 

obviously, i want to address the rubio situation here and give everyone a clear guide in the event that they want to make a calculated risk.
