Open-book Exams

I dreaded open-book exams. These are normally more difficult. It's like the teacher is saying no matter what you do, you're going to mess up.

Nung high school...may mga teachers na nagtatanong kung anong type ng quiz/exam gusto namin

 

open or closed notes/books...majority ng class closed notes/books pinipili kasi definitely mas mahirap yung open notes/books LOL

It's a great tool for good teachers and professors. But I've heard stories of it being easy mode for teachers to keep their numbers up. Definitely, this is why Deans, Principals, and Admins should check in on all teachers to make sure that proper teaching technique is used.

5th year ko final exam open book.... putsa kahit anong bukas mo nang libro hindi pa rin masagot ang problem solving.... pinahirapan kami....hehhe pero nakapasa din....

naranasan ko na ito sa Physics subject. open book as in pwedeng tingnan yung mga formula. pero ang challenge kapag ganun? madalas na basic lang yung mga example na isosolve ninyo during class pero advance at halo halo na during exams.

Meron kaming allowed na cheat sheet sa isang class (accounting or finance, i forget) 1 index card lang, 5×8 size. Ilagay mo lahat ng gusto mo, basta 1 side lang. Nakatulong ng konti, pero bale wala formulas kung di naiintindihan yung mga concepts.
