After researching for a better routine, I switched to Power Lifting/Weightlifting exercises - the basic barbell lifts - and never used anything.When I went over 315lbs in Deadlifts, I decided to use Chalk. Chalk plus a combination of Alternating Grips for the heaviest sets I was targeting. Quote Link to comment
