Well si mark may gas pa naman( kumbaga pan lighter fluid nalang).... I think what majority of ginebra fans here means(correct me if im wrong)... Wag na babad maglaro si mark...wag na sa kanya nakasentro ang offensive plays...kinda like kay hontiveros or gary david( before his explosive performance this conference)... Pag na kay mark kasi yun bola nabobogg down yun offense...resulting to one on one plays...or magtretres nlang sya...off the bench nlang sya...give some of his playing time kay yeo or forrester(kung ayaw nila itrade)

Thnaks pre sa mga clarification...troy rosario nga ok din....naisip ko may japhet na so nde narin kelangan si AVO....but i think they need another guard pre....magreretire na kasi sina mark and jayjay(hopefully)...pero wag si sumang( im clamoring for kevin alas dati pa)...

Sa import mas ok pa si henry walker kesa kay millsap...or si dollard...may outside shooting and magaling magdrive too...pero considering pinaggagawa ng recruiting staff nila the past conference baka makakakuha na nman ng alfrancis self describe na beast import hehehe

welcome sir, wala masyado quality pg sa draft...si sumang at vosotros lang...hindi pakakawalan ng tnt si alas,si castro willing itrade ng tnt sa kia for the 2nd pick...di ko alam kung paano mapapakagat tnt para bitawan si castro for ginebra..if that is possible.

si millsap may 3 year contract sa utah while si walker eh starting 5 ni spoestra pa minsan minsan. basta sana magaling ang makuha nilang import.

^ Gusto makuha ng TNT yung 1st pick which is Moala Tautuaa kung sakaling magpadraft...lakas nito!

If frankie lim become the new head coach of Ginebra, maybe he wants the services of former beda players, Dave Marcelo or Pascual is the best fit for the 4 spot in Ginebra.

hindi naman..gusto kasi ng tnt makuha yung 2nd pick ng kia..gusto nila din si ray ray eh. pero ayaw ibigay ng kia yung pick...laway na laway kasi sila kay ray ray...si castro na yun ha pero kia wont budge.nasa tnt yung 1st and 11th pick...for the 11th pick they are targeting maverick ahanmisi.tnt is willing to sacrifice castro for a total rebuild for the future..isipin mo if makuha nila 2nd pick nasa kanila si ray ray, yung 1st si tautaa tapos 11th si ahanmisi. tapos anjan si alas and mgr...this is a line up that can rack up a lot of championship glory as early as 3 years from now,as in total dominance. if only ginebra people has the basketball sensibility to do the same.

We all see it coming, frankie lim's appointment as head coach dahil nga si RSA ang kumuha sa kanya. So RSA took charge and make frankie the head coach.

And here is our preview about frankie's style of coaching - SANA AY MATUPAD ITO:

“Naku, pagpa-star ka sa kanya, kailangan gampananan mo role mo. Pag hindi, naku ewan ko lang. Tiyak ko dyan, madidisiplina niya lahat ng players,” said former San Beda standout Dave Marcelo.

“Nakakatakot magalit 'yan. Siya kasi yung uri ng coach na papatulan ka talaga niya at hindi uurungan,” he added.

Another former Lim protégé and Barako Bull rookie big man Jake Pascual believes Lim is exactly what the doctor ordered for Ginebra.

“Nasa player din kasi kung susundin siya. Kung may suporta sa kanya ang management ng Ginebra, mas madali niya ma-i-implement ang gusto niya,” said Pascual, who won championships with Lim at San Beda.

“Matagal nang championship caliber ang Ginebra. Sa umpisa maninibago players, mangangapa si coach, pero in time, kaya niyang dalhin sa championship ang team” he added.

Ganyan ka-impatient ang Ginebra sa Coaches. Anyway, let's see what Coach Frankie can do. Pag di nag work, tsugi ulit...hehe

Sana i-tweak rin ang roster, MAKE SOME DAMN TRADES! ^_^

I dunno but hindi pa ako bilib kay Frankie Lim; this is the PBA, the turf of the Cones, Guiaos, Blacks, and Uichicos...Can he be up to the challenge? ...parang experimental na naman: here comes a promising and successful coach from the amateur leagues, but will he be given transition period for the 'fruit' to be finally reaped.

Ok sana yung plano, but the way BGK management is wanting to get results upfront hindi pwedeng short term ang success route. Coach Jeff could have put them there in time...It's a matter of sticking to a system and putting them on track- get the right mix of players for the system; not getting the favorite players to get used to the system...

But IMHO, I think Frankie is different. Malambot kasi si Cariaso and medyo "younger".. But we will see kung anong klaseng tapang meron si Lim. Yung tipong kada game may technical sya sa mga referee, well that should say something.

Now that the coach is named, time to look for the right import.

Good coaches are 1/3 psychologist, 1/3 army general, and 1/3 teacher. If you take a close look at the greatest coaches in NBA and PBA history you’ll notice a few attributes in common: They manage the emotional and mental ups and downs of their players well, they lead and inspire players to make themselves better and fulfill a role to help the team achieve victory, and they offer constructive criticism to improve the overall game of players without causing undue frustration or permanent damage to egos. But wait, they should first and foremost have the minds to engineer the X's and O's; can scribble on the whiteboard during a 30 second timeout, know the match-ups to favor their team at any time on the court, can provide options and willing to bench a superstar if need be. If those requirements aren’t met within a specified period of time, a coach’s season and career usually go up in smoke.

Sana lang Frankie would be up to the task...and management supports him!

sir ang ginebra is only allowed to field an import not taller than 65 for the governors cup, roberts is 68. sana nga matigas si lim, yung tipong mag tra try bumulong si chua eh mumurahin nya na at itataboy hahaha.
