Medyo lumalim yung bench nung pumasok si Tubid sa eksena. And Tubid is the best match-up for Arwind & KG. Mas mabibigyan din ng breathing space si Junthy to either replace him or Mark from time to time.

 

Mas nalilito ang kalaban pag wala si Mark sa loob. Di kasi nila alam san manggagaling ang tira. Unlike pag andyan si Mark alam agad na titira sa labas o sasalaksak. I believe mas effective si Mark sa fastbreak plays at mga decoy plays. Of course, he could shoot those treys when he's left open.

Buti na lang may ibang plays na. Like yung pag-post-up nila Alexander at Menk. De Ocampo became the missing link sa Air21, kasi siya ang bumabantay kay Menk. So mahirap din maging offensive player if you are to body up on Menk in defense.

Anyway the ball rotation was back again, not too dependent to Mark. Putting Locals to guard Thomas (Menk/Crisano). Artadi shooting at the ARC, PACANA well manage sa offense and defense.

 

Over all nagstep up yung interior defense ng BGK. Aware for the Drop pass and clogging the lane...

Tubid contributed immensely sa spirit ng Ginebra. Lakas mapang asar sa kalaban. And also to Crisanto who did his best defending against the other import.

Hindi kasi expected ng Air21 na maglalaro si Tubid. Sa Friday, baka mapaghandaan na hehehe. Dapat may bago uli ang Gins.

 

Si KG, inaalat talaga kagabi. One time tumira ng 3points pero hindi tumama sa ring. Inasar tuloy ng mga taga-Kabaranggay.

3rd quarter na noong maabutan ko game kagabi, based doon sa napanood ko hindi naman ganoon ka-dominating gaya ng game 1 ang Ginebra at hindi naman ganoon kasama ang laro ng air21, siguro maganda lang talaga ang depensa ng Ginebra kagabi at nakapag-adjust din si Coach Jong..

Tagal na ni canaleta sa PBA pero hindi pa din s'ya superstar status, based kasi sa nabasa ko ang itinawag sa kanya "potential superstar", but they can't take him for granted as he can always explode kaya kailangan mabantayan din na mabut 'to...

KG is truly a potential superstar. Masikip nga lang ang paglipad niya sa Air21, coz nandyan si Arwind at Gary D. Kung nasa ibang team lang siya (i.e. Welcoat, Ginebra, Red Bull, etc.) that can utilize a forward like him, he can develop to the level of Kelly W. He has the atheletism.

Isa pa na dapat i-improve ng Gins ay ang free throw shooting. They missed a lot of free throws last night.

Even without Helterbrand Ginebra won Game 4, Thanks to Tubid and Pacana. I singled out these two players since Tubid is a big surprise for Air 21 who did a tremendous job in defense, Pacana played one of his best game since becoming a Gin King. Everybdy played well tonight like Menk, Artadi , Valenzuela and especially Alexander who outplayed Thomas again tonight after after a so-so performance in their last two games.

 

 

Whoever will win Game 5 will win the Championship. and I hope Ginebra will play the same kind of defense they made in Game 4 limiting Air 21 to just 77 points and I am sure that Ginebra will win Game 5 and the Championship.
