Alex Coles - Technically 'di talaga nakapaglaro para sa Ginebra dahil he is a few centimeters above the height limit, pero nakasali yata sa slam dunk contest where he jumped over 4 dancers/cheerleaders and Noli Locsin, nanonood pa noon si Laker great Michael Cooper and he is just amazed at what he saw, recently we saw NBA and even college players (in the U.S.) jumping over people but Alex Coles already did it way back in 1995. I remember a clamor back then to allow him to play for Ginebra dahil dehado naman talaga ang Ginebra sa line-up nila back then but all that went for naught. This was during the pre Marlou Aquino and Bal David era.

 

20. Frank Western – Around 6’5 or 6’6 but can shoot well from the outside kaso parang takot sa banggaan.

Madami namang big men ang Ginebra, andyan si Mamaril who I think might guard bowles, Hatfield, Raymundo, Menk and even the undersized Willy Wilson.

Well, at least prepared na ang Ginebra knowing na wala si Caguiao for the 1st two game or so, iba kasi 'yung ma-injured o mawala ang isang player during a game than knowing na 'di s'ya makakalaro sa upcoming game/s. I also do hope that Kerby does have his A-game against bmeg.

 

gaya nga ng sinabi ko, ang magiging susi para manalo ang ginebra ay lumabas ang tunay na laro ni kerby. bgk cannot afford an inefficient kerby now that "the spark" will be missing the first few games of the semis series. tama yung sabi mo chief...kerby must bring his A-game against his former team.

Personally. I don't trust Kerby. Bagal na sya masyado. He should retire na lang. Rico Maierhoffer can easily replace him. Give the minutes instead to Canaleta. Thanks!
