complete 180 degree turnaround ang laro ng ginebra. walang kagana-gana. nawala yung depensa...nawala yung pagka-agresibo. ayaw kong isipin na may pinag-usapan na sa loob.

oh i remember that ncc squad. coach ron with jeff moore and sharpshooting chip engelland. local boys hec calma, samboy,yves and caidic. that team was a powerhouse from coach to the last player on the bench.

 

i just can't fathom the sudden turnaround of ginebra in game 2. nawala sa sarili. mga hilong talilong. the aggresiveness in defense which we saw in game 1 was nowhere to be found. well, let's see in game 3 kung magbabago.

Oh yes i forgot dennis still. franz pumaren was also with ncc and so were alfie almario, yturri and teddy alfarero.

 

para di OT, that santos, with a brain like a cockroach, should really be suspended. i'd like to see ginebra play with a lot of physicality and aggresiveness in game 3.

c'mon guys give SMB credit they are not the defending champions for nothing.

 

Hindi totoo yang bigayan, all of us should know better. Kung bigayan bakit kailangan pa saktan si scottie? kalokohan yan. pano kung buwis buhay yung naging tama dun sa bata bigayan pa rin ba itatawag natin? Pano pag nag champion tayo tatanggapin niyo ba ang paratang ng haters na pinagbigyan lang ang ginebra?

 

SMB showed what might they have, paglabas ni Kraken, andyan si Stan, which is everyone is expecting already. Ngayon lang nag bloom si stan, sa finals pa.

Very good game plan and adjustments, did you not see MGR and Marcio guarding LA? Thats the kind of respect they have for LA. And I kind of expected na si Balkman na babantay kay JBL, kasi t** lang si bagyo ke JBL.

 

Maganda depensa, maganda game plan. Babawi talaga yan SMB yan eh tambakan ba naman ng 39 pts pag hindi talaga nagalit yan eh sobrang ma pride yang team na yan, Si jawo nga nakita at na aapreciate ang adjustments ni Coach Leo eh. Thats how we should view this game.

 

Silver lining for me is I still saw the NSD spirit. You see, sila na lamang ng malaki, pero sila pa ang nanakit at napipikon. It means effective pa rin ang NSD mantra.

 

2 days rest, I expect a close match on Wednesday. We need Japhet, pag pinapasok sya pumapanget ang takbo ng laro. Wala pang confidence yung tao, takot pa ma re injured. And Jeff Chan. Sila 2 ni LA, naka tig 3 open 3's sila pero walang pumasok, di ko alam kung malas, gigil o may problema sa confidence level.

 

Bwenas lang din si cabaggie (altho magaling talaga). I expect sol to shut him down next game. (but who will shut down Marcio??)

 

Thats how good this SMB team is..

i forgot to mention that very weak starting 5 by CTC, no Gregzilla and scottie.

 

Maybe he was thinking of a big lineup from SMB kya nag small lineup sya, kaso ayun, yari agad.

 

that suppose to be "counter adjustment" made a big difference.

Remember guys, from the get go when SMB acquire via dubious Kume Narvasa approval si Stan, it was predictable that SMB indeed is very serious to go grandslam... So, actually the burden to deliver is with SMB

 

... And we're hoping the best PBA coach ever, Tim Cone (even if he's respectfully saying its Coach Baby D.) will gatecrash their 'party'
