Its Mark and JayJay ang problema with the coach.Dapat they should sink or swim with the chosen system by the management...apparently, nakinig ang management sa 'power' playing players. Tama yung observation ng isang Ginebra fan ditto, nananahimik si Coach Jeff tapos niyayang gamitin ang system niya, then dropped like a hot potato dahil sa sulsol ng players na ayaw ng 'change'...You can never teach old dogs with new tricks... 1 Quote Link to comment

Hindi naman ganun siguro bro. Remember Jeff was a part of SMB Group, Since they are longing for such new ideas and systems they tried jeff to have its own army but unfortunately failed. For me it was too early for jeff to pove his worth. When greogorio replaced by cone purefoods struggled a lot in the past before they reaches and gel on the system. I guess the only difference between Cone and Cariaso - Cone has a larger voice and has a bigger authority. Quote Link to comment

numina Posted February 10, 2015 Share Posted February 10, 2015 on jeff, i think he knows what he was entering into when he accepted the coaching job in BGK. I have my theories on why he was replaced: theory 1- dating gawi management, pag hindi pumasok sa finals, palit agad.... shades ng nangyari sa smb and gins for the past 2-3 years... impatient silatheory 2- jeff is not the greatest of coaches... he is a greenhorn.. pwedeng na petition sya ng mga players because hindi nya nakasundo... a. imbes na mag elect ng team captain, nag appoint sya... i think hindi yun ang practice b. sinisisi nya ang mga beterano pero pag laro, ang bola (dahil nga traingle) nasa fulcrum or (bigs) na medyo bago .... kung sisishin nya ang mga veterans, might as well nasa kanila ang bola pag laro... i am giving ato 2-3 conferences, otherwise, baka si Frankie Lim and uupo. Robo Cop Posted February 10, 2015 Share Posted February 10, 2015 magaling yung import ng san miguel....buti maagang na foul trouble... i agree, very athletic, malakas, masipag at magaling si Roberts, shooter sa FT at may tira sa labas, mas okay sana kung sa Ginebra siya napunta... si Dunigan naman, parang si Vmack lang, malakas sa loob pero mahina sa FT at walang tira sa labas. if ever na mapanalo nila halos lahat ng laban, eh malamang baka hanggang semis or finals lang ulit ang abutin nila... dahil i'm sure yung pinaka dominant at complete import ngayon ang magdadala ng team nya sa championship.
