Hindi sila sineryoso ng kalaban eh. tinatawana lang sila ng mga players ng Alaska because anytime gusto umiskor ng aces nakakakuha sila ng puntos. No one in Ginebra side na gusto dumepensa lahat gusto pumuntos. For me ang pinakamagandang itrade si LA then isama si Ellis para makakkuha ng maganda gandang kapalit. Sayang kung ittrade si Aguilar mukhang malaki pa potential ma train lang maige. Si Jay Jay hindi na mapapakinabangan yan halos wala ng value yan after Ginebra mag rretire na yan and wala na ding team ang kukuha dyan for trade. Quote Link to comment

These three got the trademark of Ginebra na Never Say Die. As much as I really hate Abueva, kapag nasa Ginebra na yan mabubuhayan ulit ng dugo mga fans. Actually gusto ni Abueva sa Ginebra, mahal lang siya ng Alaska. Matanda na nga lang si Asi pero he has the heart. Dapat talaga mag retire na si JayJay. Si Japeth, parang litong lito sa pinaggagawa ng mga teammates niya or siya ang litong lito. Quote Link to comment

Even if they are all renewed, there’s a big possibility that the Kings will not sport the same lineup next season because two of their players will be up for the dispersal draft. RED2018 Posted June 20, 2014 Share Posted June 20, 2014 (edited) Since Coach Cariaso became the Ginebra Kings head coach, he partially changed the playing strategy of the team. But the real problem with the team was the players. Most of them wants to have their own "shining moment" and "papogi" points. Those attitudes should be eliminated and to be more focused on the game. Their performance on their last few games was disappointing coz i'ts pretty obvious they did not exert all the efforts to win- walang 'never-say-die' spirit the old Ginebra team was known for. Coach Cariaso should review and assess the player's performance and build a more concise strong team and develop cohesion (I agree with him na wag masyadong i-tinker ang line up) in preparation for the next season. Maybe we can see somehow quite similar to old Ginebra Kings players. Goodluck Coach Cariaso for the new Ginebra Kings- its really a work in progress. Slaughter must learn how to jump when defending, di Lang nakataas ang kamay; japeth must turn back the hands of time to regain his usual play, me thinks he has some unresolved personal problems; Ellis should develop his outside shot and not rely on his flights; Forrester should be allowed to play, sayang s'ya.. junix Posted June 20, 2014 Share Posted June 20, 2014 (edited) the posts above are exactly what i have pointed out before. bgk players are just content in going through the motions. walang energy...walang kabuhay-buhay. manonood lang kung ano ang gagawin ng kalaban...uncontested layups...in your face slams...tatakbo na nakababa ang ulo. nakakadismaya. nothing against cariaso...magaling siya...scientific and advanced approach. but there is more than drawing up plays...pointing the Xs and Os. sometimes the coach needs to be the motivator...yung magtutulak sa mga bata niya na maglaro para sa mga fans na humihiyaw at nakikipag-away...nagbabayad para manood ng live...play like there's no tomorrow...di yung naghihintay lang ng sweldo sabi nga ni destroyer. nung panahon ni jawo, no easy baskets. ngayon naman all easy baskets tsk tsk tsk hope all of these will be rectified come next season. in the meantime let's enjoy the remaining games. Dun sa above post, Almazan play plenty of minutes because Cruz just came from injury. Marame ng gunners ang ginebera at may tsimis pa na si yeo darating din. And yung style, with intesity, nanlalaki mata, may body language, at malinaw ang instructions. Ang layo na ng mga players sinisigawan pa ng instructions. Those were the days Sir sabi nga Gulong gulo ang set plays or no semblance of play. Defense? With JV Casio shooting infront of Greg Slaughter and making the shot, mura ni Jawo ang maririnig ni Greg like what Sonny said kay E.J. Feihl nuon. Ano ba sinasabi ni Jawo ke Feihl noon? These guys definitely bring a lot of impact when playing. Sana Sean Anthony nalang makuha nila pero I believe wala sila ma ooffer for the trade or they might have to give up picks if ever, Anywaw ok naman si Yeo, I believe nung sa sta lucia pa sya he was interviewed once and was asked what his dream team is, GINEBRA ang nabanggit nya.
