Still it was a nice game, lumamang ang alaska at binura ng Ginebra, 'yung execution lang nila sa endgame (i.e. 2 missed attempts by Macklin, 1 from Baracael) did them, tapang ni Labagala who took it inside the heart of the defense with that lay-up....

Their winning streak, the longest so far in the conference, was ended by the leading and marauding Alaska Gatas Ripoblek, but not their spirit. It was in fact a very close game which was not decided until the Aces took control during the last two minutes of the game.

Correct. Ginebra played a good game last time around. The breaks went Alaska's ways in the final minutes of the game. Alaska has been lucky in the elimination round. Let's see if their luck will continue in the semifinals.

You're right bro. MOst fans however are fervently praying that Ginebra will be the winner next time around. I watched the game outside in a resto bar and I could easily feel the great "vibrations" of Ginebra fans hehehehe.

Not good for Ginebra to lose 2 straight games especially near the end of the elimination round. But I think they can still rebound from these misfortunes and turn things in their favor later on. That "never say die attitude" must prevail!

IMO, it's another questionable trade by BGK.. They definitely can use Jensen's size and play as backup for Kerby, Wilson or even Hatfield.. We already have Rob, L.A and jayjay to play the point.. L.A and JayJay can even play the 2 spot.. I really don't see why they decided to trade a young player with a decent height to play a 3 or 4 spot for another point guard.. 1 stat that stands out for Urbiztondo is his turnover to assist ratio.. He doesn't have too many assist and he commits way too many turnovers.. I just hope that this trade doesn't backfire on BGK's run for the title.. I'm just gonna keep my fingers crossed for now..
