All is not lost for Ginebra, they had to remedy the match-up dilemma esp. against santos and canaleta which I hope they managed to study well during the 2 days of rest, if they can win game 4 then we have a series (again). Forget about Helterbrand kung out for the series na s’ya, the other players need to step-up in lieu of Heltelbrand hopefully Artadi can provide more scoring, steals and hussle. Alexander needed to assert himself more in the shaded area esp. in scoring. If I were Jong I'll put a local on thomas (Mamaril, Crisano or even Menk) and just let Alexander patrol the shaded lane to conserve Alexander of fouls and not exert too much effort on his part in trying to stop thomas. Lastly, kahit avid fan ako ng Ginebra bumilib ako sa coaching ni perasol, he earned my respect dahil nagmu=mukhang amateur coach si Jong.

Well, with Air21 finishing first during the eliminations means that they are a formidable team. Better than the rest (i.e. Purefoods, MBM, RBB, welcoat, etc.)

Everybody should step up their games tonight both in offense and defense otherwise they will be buried into a dipper hole. Thomas must be double team once he is posting up and Gary David, Arwind Santos and Arboleda should be defended well. I know that Ginebra can come back to the series and snatch Game 4 tonight.

Ganun talaga e, pag nakabakasyon na ang team mo mag-iisip ka na ng ibang pagkakalibangan. Yaan mo na lang sila bro, tulong na natin sa kanila yan, pampabawas din ng sama ng loob.

 

Ginebra should defend more as a team. Kung man to man pa din, parang game 2 and 3 lang ang mangyayari sa game 4. Isa pa, dapat maintain din ang intensity from first to fourth quarter.
