Go Nuts Vs. Krispy Kreme: Saan Ka?

ako kk din masarap ung glazed nila kahit mahal eh masarap talaga. tapos may time pa na nagfrefree taste cla sa mega mall ewan ko lang kung till now ganun pa din

Im not a doughnut afficionado (though i certainly look the part...he he he )

 

Presentation: Krispy Kreme, may edge. It just seems plumper and always seem more moist

Texture: If both freshly baked, cant tell the difference. If cold and had been out of the oven for some time, I'd say Krispy Kreme pa din mainly because I think GoNuts dries up too fast. Could it be because KK have better heat lamps? Not quite sure.

Variety: Im a purist, so this doesnt matter, my favorite is often the original plain with either brands.

Taste: Mukhang pareho lang...masyadong matamis.

 

Best measure however is how well does it go down with my coffee?

 

I couldnt care less for the coffee that they serve at KK so i still end up buying my Starbucks Latte. So in the end, GoNuts kasi mas mura.

to tell you honestly kahit ung binenbentang donuts dito sa gas station sa las vegas kalasa ng gonuts donuts. generic na donut pa yon. saan ka pa. well ginaya lang naman niya ang krispy kreme. kahit ung dunkin donuts dito kalasa rin gonuts.

I've also had KK in California. Honestly, i couldnt tell the difference. Albeit, it is somewhat bigger and fresher.

Go Nuts is an imitation of Krispy Kreme...remember that there wasn't any Krispy Kreme stores before when Go Nuts opened their first store here in the Philippines, people were just longing foe the taste of KK that's why they substitute their cravings with Go Nuts. First tasted KK when I was in New York.

What's all the fuzz about krispy kreme......the product has been banned in some countries including Hongkong. It was proven by Hongkong Health Authorities that it contained high levels of trans-fat over the allowable figure... We should at least test the ones that are here and find out about this

Krispy Kreme has free donuts! Pero I only enjoy their original glazed donuts and yung special Hershey's donuts nila before. Go Nuts naman, masarap rin!

Krispy Kreme best.. recently Go nuts donuts are not tasting very well... nawawala na un ok factor for being a donut with cheap price
