MLB Full Count Rules

 

 

Minor League (farm system) roster: (addendum)

 

10. Players in the minor league roster can stay in the farm system within the specified limits:

a. 375 AB or less for all position players

b. 190 IP or less for all pitchers

 

Players' AB or IP will be checked every Tuesday 12PM (MLA time) of the 4th, 9th and 15th week of the season. If a player DOES NOT exceed the AB or IP limits on this allocated check days, they will be allowed to stay in the farm system until the next check day.

 

A manager will be given until Wednesday 12PM (MLA time) to take action (promote player to main roster) or else the player will be dropped from the minor league roster of his current team and can be picked up by any team thru the league's waiver rules.

LF Matt Holliday and 1B Albert Pujols aren't on the same page quite yet. Holliday went 20-for-33 while Pujols was struggling. Now, Pujols has had two homers, three doubles and a single in the last two games, while Holliday has gone 1-for-10 in those two games and 1-for-14 in his last three.
