My initial reaction kanina when I learned of the dropping was to wonder whether Snitchy was fully aware of the consequences of his action. But then again, we have to be firm on the principle that rules are rules. Now, I'm inclined to make a claim from the waivers, seeing that I badly need a shot in the arm in my middle infield.Add to that the fact that cali and I are in the middle of Furcal negotiations.I guess I'll have to clear with cali na rin muna kung kukunin niya si andrus. (besides, sayang lang din ang contributions niya kung isosoli lang sa farm, he's a decent middle reliever---my fave "moneyball" resource) even if he has real-life minor league options remaining, the fact that he's gone over our own IP limit in the bigs disqualifies him from "being farmed" in our league. which is why we have to clarify the second part of the deal---set an AB/IP limit for the drafted farmboys in our systems.
