i'd allow trading minor league picks for the ff season as long as rule 5 draft is over for the current season (w/c is applicable now).. i just didnt want the chaos of us trading rule 5s for next year's picks..

 

however, sandwich picks cannot be traded in-season (coz they can only be determined at the end of the current season)
