bubuy Posted July 23, 2008 Author Share Posted July 23, 2008 boss bubs is basically right. though the consistency Lee has shown is much more of an additional value for him than Bruce's superstar-potential including the first round pick. as I said, I might have been blinded "momentarily" by Bruce's hot streak before that is obviously finished now. would you still like a Bruce + McCutchen + minor league pick/s?actually he isnt at all bad the past 2 weeks and he's coming around.. the ups downs of rookie ball.. how many picks? what rounds? although it would be difficult for me to lose 2 future CFs in one trade.. I was just asking for "more" people as I still think it would be a crapshoot which one of them would pan out eventually. besides, you still have a lot of OF's in your minor league system and not including the future OF's you can/would pickup in the filler drafts... For the long-term, I'd go with Marion and Smith.
