honestly, i'm so intrigued by how damon would perform this year... still a 5-tool guy with above average %'s and consistensy to boot (albeit some injury concerns here and there... originally planned to keep him (really) just in case the milledge / werth experiment bombs in my face ...

 

though, given

 

a. with my renewed optimism on the duo (werth / mill)

b. add the fact that i want to roll with a single bat bench spot / needing another arm

c. and considering damon's rather aging self (youth theme always runs in my fold)

d. need to catch up in the farming game

 

i guess this is the best way to go...

It was clearly a gambit on my part, seeing I would be out-bid by master TD.

i get the dig... it applies to 2-ways, 4-ways, many ways actually...

 

...it boils down to who needs who, and what who gets

 

for a 2-way, well, bad ones can get snuffed out off the bat.

 

for 3-ways, it's a classic shell game---that's why someone's bound to get left out.

 

anyway, the point is to win the game, not win every trade, right?
