TripleDouble
relating a player to "joba" and "tender arms" is damn scary... Quote Link to comment
gift_of_game
ang galing ni Yu kahapon...gotta remind myself though that Japanese parks favor the pitcher significantly. sino yan consig, minor leaguer? Quote Link to comment
consiglieri
yeap...medyo cringe worthy nga...though if this one pans out...:boo: EDIT@gog...nope he's in the majors and kilala na sya...medyo sleeper type pero hyped in other draft sheets Edited March 6, 2009 by consiglieri Quote Link to comment
consiglieri
hahaha...alam ko nung nasa hooters tayo nasabi ko pangalan nya eh...hindi naman sya nikeep... Quote Link to comment
consiglieri
hahaha...nasa radar nyo yan...im sure di naman sya ganun na sleeper eh Quote Link to comment
gift_of_game
if he effed up his arm in the past---unless he alters his mechanics significantly---he's only bound to get hurt again. there's a good reason why your oft-injured pitchers---Burnett, Joba, Prior, Sheets etc.---often get injured. mayroon na ngang "the next Mark Prior" eh and he's gonna be a top pick in the next draft. edit:actually got scared by the recent Santana news since one guy brought it up by breaking his throwing motion a few months ago... consiglieri
sana ok lang si johan nakakapanlumo ang ibang balita...pero i still believe EDIT middle-round sleeper on Draft Day. ---so he's not much of a sleeper talaga...you prolly know him... gift_of_game
teka, sino ba talaga yan consig? Quote Link to comment
consiglieri
ermmmmm...... kilala mo yan pramee! bwahahaha EDIT oh well there's no point in hiding...if he's gonna be drafted earlier he's gonna be... si Brandon Morrow nasa radar nyo yan malamang...the problem with him is...medyo stiff ata ang throwing arm...and seattle still has to decide if he closes or starts... gift_of_game
decide?they haven't made up their mind yet? ala-joba nga yan. Quote Link to comment
consiglieri
yeap...mas hindi sikat na joba kasi sa seattle naglalaro... sa mga nababasa ko kasi...they want him to start pero with putz departing eh...lumalabas na they need him to close... he's better off as a starter...with his own "Brandon" rules... *from rotoworld*he did make it clear that hebelongs in the rotation going forward, and all signs pointed to him staying there until Putz was traded inDecember, leaving the Mariners with no obvious choice to close. Morrow is certainly a better pitcherthan the alternatives, and if Seattle had a chance of winning 90 games, one could even justify using himthere. However, he’d be wasted as a closer on a team that will be lucky to escape last place in 2009. Edited March 6, 2009 by consiglieri Quote Link to comment
Jongkers
Bago na pala ang name ng team ko. Kaya pala di ko makita sa order ng picks. Hindi kaya ako ma-jinx nyan?May nag-repeat na ba sa NBA keepers? Quote Link to comment
