Bad enough that Lidge lost a SV opp then it was Wheeler not Percival who closed out for Tampa.

Worse, Mets pitched Ayala in a non-Save situation.

Ayun, Ayala promptly gave up one run on two hits -- thereby increasing my precious ERA.

his ERA and WHIP were INFinite. that bad. i didnt even need his 2 saves.

 

i should've trusted my instict on that final day and it said bench all your batters and all RPs. i didnt, i lost.

 

if i benched all of my batters, my AVE would've stayed at .284 instead it dropped to .264 (ajb's was .273); if i didnt start my RPs my WHIP would've been .08 better than ajb's

 

 

 

@jong - that's why i dropped him here, too.

I don't even need a Save from him as Anki has only one closer while I have three very efficient ones.

I just hope my ERA doesn't get enough damage caused by him.

 

Anyways, I've already dropped him minutes ago for my favorite handcuff, Dan Wheeler.

Looks like Percival isn't 100% yet and they have a double-header tomorrow.
