Jongkers Posted July 1, 2008 Share Posted July 1, 2008 (edited) Here's my closer situation after today's games:Troy Percival re-injured his hamstring and will likely go back to the DL.Interim closer Jon Rauch blew a save in one of the very rare save opportunities for the (really) struggling Nats.Regular Nats closer Chad Cordero was declared out for the season and probably unitl early 2009. :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: Brad Lidge can't be my sole source of Saves.It just can't be.No way. I'm used to having three closers e.They help secure SVs, add Ks and stabilize ERA and BB/9.Ang drawback lang is only they can blow a save which usually translates to an L.In roto leagues, closers don't eat up precious Innings Pitched.
