dfragmentz
I went here with my friends last August 2025 with no plan, no booked hotel/air bnb, full on commando mode. (Pag tapos dumaan ng Bagyong Emong) Nag ikot ikot kami sa bayan ng San Juan and we found one transient house next to the famous 7/11 Urbiztondo. Name nung transient house is Seashore, with parking lot that can fit 3 SUVs. For 9000 php we got 2 large room, fully air conditioned with shower, downstairs they got a kitchen, large dining room, billiard and the best part is sobrang lapit sa beach (1-2 minutes walk) Seashore Transient House - 6/10 Malaki yung room, tig isang room ang mga boys and girls since dalawang room kinuha namin, mahina tubig(not sure kund dahil kakatapos lang ng bagyo). Operational aircon, Wifi is out of order (dahil ata rin sa bagyo), Libreng hot and cold water sa kitchen, mabait yung staff. Maganda pwesto dahil sobrang lapit sa beach, sa main road, 7/11 at may parking. Last 2 months pa itong experience ko siguro ngayon may improvement na. Urbiztondo Beach - 6/10 ( Grey sand, may may noticeable na basura na ramdam ko iniwan ng mga lumangoy, may canal na galing ata sa bayan palabas sa beach, medium to high waves kaya patok talaga surfing, you can rent surf boards and you can hire a trainer). Personal preference ko yung kalmadong dagat. Nightlife - 8/10 We went to Floatsam around 9PM, Alfresco style club/bar, sobrang dami na ng tao napilitan kaming tumayo lang muna pero nag bigay din ng picnic mat yung mga staffs. Liquor and drinks are expensive inside. Pag medyo lumalim na gabi at may tama na lahat, madaling makipag kilala at makipagusap sa ibang grupo. I would say na nightlife yung main attraction dito sa San Juan, La Union. Isang bar lang yung napuntahan namin pero sobrang dami pala doon, hindi na kami nakapag bar hopping dahil taob na mga kasama ko haha. Quote Link to comment
