I've been at Flotsam&Jetsam hostel. they have Friday and Saturday night parties at their bar. A lot of foreigners around. I can't remember the rate since I've rented a house at a nearby municipality. For good food Coffee Library in San Juan, Midway Grill in Carlatan and some good food around San Fernando City. There is some hidden gems for more discreet GMs. Quote Link to comment
