philbelts
There is this app called Smoke Free. It will prepare you mentally as you get near your quit date. It also has daily mental challenges and visual charts of your health improvements as you progress. I was a 18 year one pack a day smoker. I am almost 4 years off the hook. This app has helped me a lot. Edited November 22, 2021 by philbelts Quote Link to comment

Imperio Libera
Para sakin vape actually works. Pero it's not really better since not sure pa yung effects ng vaping. Quote Link to comment

Marami nang scientific research na nagsasabing vape is no better than smoking, at baka mas malala pa ang epekto in the long run. si @mrbig86 chain smoker yan dati, pero nag quit siya na di dumaan sa vaping. Maganda kung makuha mo yung mindset niya paano mag quit. Quote Link to comment

akomulto
Was a smoker for around 10yrs+. Biglaang nag quit ng wala sa plano noong binigyan ako ng pod ng tropa. Ever since pod nlng ako. Saltnic mimics the smoking sensation, so i find it not that hard to quit and xempre samahan mo ng onting conviction. Kaya yan par. Quote Link to comment
razeyhamirez
If you have nicotine dependence, you'll be having really difficulty in quitting (especially if you are a really heavy smoker >20 sticks per day). There are several options of medications which are safe and really help but it requires prescription from a doctor. Vaping is not recommended as a means to stop smoking. Yes, it may have less harmful chemicals but relapses or increased craving for nicotine intake is a risk. Quote Link to comment
