Pag bored smoke.Gusto ko ng tigilan pero sobrang hirap tlaga pahingi naman ng mga tips You can't stop smoking at once, it very hard, try to gradually decrease the quantity. try to lessen your smoke from 1 packs to 1 pack. at least start from there. If you are tempted... instead of buying cigarettes, go to the grocery store or market, and buy all the fruits you can buy untill you don't have money for cigarettes... then eat all the fruits you bought.
