Richard8484
It's a matter of mindset, anything that has addictive effects are almost impossible to stop. In order to quit from something you may have to look for another thing that can probably divert your attention. Best of luck! Quote Link to comment

Transition vices e-cigarette > nicotine gum > quit Or practice self-control Reduce your smoking by 1 cigarette per week/month until it's zero. Start by eliminating the "extra" smokes (the 1 more smoke after smoking), then the punctuation smokes (after sex), the comfort smokes (after eating), then the stress smokes (when you're stressed). You can also make smoking inconvenient once you're further along your journey. Keep the smokes in the car or in an inconvenient place in your house with the lighter in a separate room or compartment in your car. Quote Link to comment

Set a time-frame and take it slow. One thing I learned with I am Sober app is not to rush things kasi pag hindi sustainable method mo you'll end up going back again. Try mo siguro nic gums or other things that can satiate your hand to mouth fixation Quote Link to comment

I don’t know sa iba pero kung magttaper ka lang, like from 10 sticks per day to like 2 sticks per day ng cigarettes, you’re still feeding that habit parin pero in smaller quantities lang. So if you reallt want to quit just stop. Pero again it is easier said than done. Pero kahit anung method pa yan, meron parin yan difficulty. Siguro mind set nalang din? Pero this is just my opinion hehe. Quote Link to comment
