Farrel Posted April 19, 2025 Share Posted April 19, 2025 nahirapan din ako dito nuon kasi naglalaway ako at hinahanap kapag wala nahitit (yosi/vape). nasubukan ko rin matigil ng 1month kaso napansin ng mga tao sa paligid ko na lagi mainit ulo ko, hirap din ako matulog..withdrawal pala. unfortunately, natigil ko lang when I started noticing difficulties related to my lungs, wag nyo na sana paabutin ng ganun. choose health. Medyo matagal nga lang talaga. nagtry ako mag vape at relx kaso temporary lang tlga sya, pag naiwan ko or naubusan ng juice, yosi na agad haha. Or basta triggered by stress din, yosi ang hanap hndi kinakaya ng vape/relx if my memory serves me right, April 2022 when I started my IQOS journey. ever since nag IQOS ako, inayawan ko talaga yung yosi. Yung amoy, yung lasa lahat. Parang IQOS lang talaga yung tinatanggap ng lungs ko haha. If nauubusan ako ng heets, never ko tlga naiisip na magyosi muna habang wala pang mabilihan.  mga 1year+ din akong nag IQOS, kasi nagstop ako sa IQOS last quarter of 2023 na dn halos. And since that day, hindi na ko nagsmoke ng kahit ano. (From marlboro black, to lights, to vape, relx, iqos, and now SMOKE FREE PERSON)   Edited April 21, 2025 by cynophile Quote Link to comment

Gabubee Posted May 1, 2025 Share Posted May 1, 2025 Previous smoker ng 1 pack a day for 4 years. now 4 years na ako smoke and vape free. Need talaga ng willpower and conscious choice to stop smoking. Removing all cigarretes, vapes, and lighters sa buong bahay and car will really help. Avoid places na may amoy yosi if possible like casinos. Ilang beses din ako natempt ng 1st year but tibayan mo lang loob mo OP kaya mo yan! Quote Link to comment
