ang itatanong ko lang ay "naka contrata pa ba ako or pwede ko nang ipa cut ang line ko?baka kasi may babayaran akong pre termination?"

Sagot sa akin after ma check sa system "Wala po" (less than 2 mins)

Ako naman "OK, thank you"

Sa lahat nga problems sa mga Telco natin, be pldt, smart, globe or bayantel: may kasalanan din ang NTC nyan (national telecommunications commission). Ang ntc ang mag dictate at mag regulates sa standards, at penalty kaagad pag Hindi ma meet ang requirements

 

i agree it's the govt fault and has always been...

 

2013 net income of PLDT = 35.4B pesos which 12% goes to govt = 4,248,000,000... a lot of money to make NTC happy and keep their mouth shut
