If you're based in Makati, Carafe near Meralco is also okay.

 

Yup...Chiggy's got burned indeed...so is Sukina... but Sukina's goin to re-open in October...no word on Chiggy's so far....

 

Carafe seems high end...would rather stick to Rufo's near Makati Ave....nice tapa....cheap beers :cool:

Lately, we are enjoying Uncle Moe's in Kapitolyo. They have tanduay ice and their chicken kebab is very very nice, buttery and juicy.

I believe carafe closed down a few years ago (around 3) last time I went there it was already a KTV club which unfortunately is also already out of business for more than a year.
