doktaku Posted May 4 Share Posted May 4 Doctor here - the usually said advice of at least 2 liters a day is not really true. Drink when you're thirsty but make sure you feel hydated all the same. The exact amount of water needed varies greatly based on individual factors like activity level, climate, and overall health, you might need more or less than 2 liters I usually drink around 1.5 - 2 liters a day Quote Link to comment
