i love jazz and i always go to Martinis Bar at the mandarin Oriental, the singer is either a caucasian or a black lad...they play every night.

circle of five at nicotina garden pavillion used to do jazz numbers and they were great at it. unfortunately they had to adjust to the patrons. but i guess they can play jazz on a request.
