StarCraft 2 prepaid cards now available.

P50 = 3 days

P100 = 7 days

P350 = 30 days

Available at Datablitz, Gamelink and I-tech but not limited to these stores.

This for those who wish to test and play the game without buying the retail copy for P3,500.00.

But if you will be playing the game for more than 5 days every week, just buy the retail copy since you'll be spending more than P3,500+ in a year.

so kahit fake bilhin ko na cd.

pwede ako mag online

Hindi pa din po puede yung pirated. Usually ung mga pirated SC2 DVDs are US copies. The prepaid cards are only available in South-East Asia (SEA). So you need to have an SEA client.

Download the client at sea.battle.net, or puede kau bumili ng starter pack at around P170.00. Meron sa Datablitz and Itech nung Starter pack. May free 1 week na yun.

ano pagkakaiba ng starter pack sa retail?

anyone tried yung parang dota map sa sc2? sotis daw tawag.

Starter pack is bibili ka pa din ng prepaid cards to continue playing the game and contains only a DVD. = P170.00

Retail is unlimited play. It includes a DVD, manual and some game passes that you can share to your friends. = P3,500.00

SotIS = Storm of the Imperial Sanctum

.. parang dota... may mga changes lang sa map style

^ pang anti-piracy kasi...

So legit StarCraft 2 players will have to play the game through Battle.net kahit magkakatabi kau.

It's just annoying how they still have it in Warcraft 3 and its expansions, then not have it in Starcraft 2. Oh well, at least somebody is offering the play cards so you won'y need a credit card to play in Battlenet anymore.

WarCraft 3 was released 8 years ago, and they're not serious about the rampant piracy at that time. Nowadays, most games requires you to log in their respective game URLs and register the games you bought, even non-multiplayer games like Assassin's Creed 2. They're just taking measures by making their games "less-hackable". But then again, hacking can't be prevented.

If you can afford the retail version of StarCraft II, better buy it, rather than going out buying cards whenever your game time expires.

Besides, the game might last for at least 6 years, not to mention the expansions which will be released every 2 years. :)

Cheers.
