mas maganda pag maulan. mas masaya. Ours was raining. Ang ganda. Its a bit cold. You dont have to worry about the sunburn. The slight swell made the ride more exciting kahit beginner course lang. The scenery were great tapos bumababa yung fogs. Galing. Have tried the advance on a sunny day. I prefer the rainy season. Malamig lang. mas nakaka gutom. So maganda if you bring along a chocolate bar for energy.

Fyi, Joker Arroyo took the ride beginners course and finished it. Recto and GMA only took one rapid. Sina Angel and Piolo. Yung mga memorabilia nila natangay sa baha last January.

I recommend CDO Bugsay Rafting Team. The guides are very accommodating. Speaks english fluently, and also tagalog.

i tried this before the overkill martial law proclamation in mindanao. definitely worth going to and experiencing the clean cdo river. but tourism has reportedly drastically gone down since the maute terrorist attack on marawi so i don't know the conditions of the white water rafting tour outfits nowadays

 

if you're there might as well go to bukidnon and visit the dahilayan adventure park. two thumbs up!

Stayed in N hotel 2 days ago. Nice spacious room. Big pool. Good security. Plus its just 10 steps away from Duke Spa. GMs try this if ever you're in CDO.

 

Plus maybe 6 more espa in just one street.
