rookie2015
Last NBA game of Koby Bryant before he retired -- 60 pts in Lakers comeback win vs Jazz. At that age (37 years old), with that much NBA mileage in his legs (20 years), scoring that many points (and himself outscoring the entire Jazz team 23–21 in the fourth quarter!) in competitive fashion was simply amazing and inspiring. He averaged "only" 17.6 points during that last season, as age and some injuries had caught up with him. But for that very last game of his NBA career, he mustered up all his energy (and mamba mentality) to put on a show to honor the fans and cap a great career. Quote Link to comment
