the late 90's was the "saktong" period. You have cellphones and decent internet (for convenience) but social networking wasn't as pervasive in your life. Easily accessible mga tao in terms of communication pero madalas pa rin kayong mapiplitian tumambay physically dahil wala pang FB etc.

 

80's not so good kasi economy was bad.
