aoki
I think Motocross. But according to a Nat Geo clip, rugby is the most physically demanding sport in terms of cardio and strength requirements with motocross coming in at second place. However due to the dangers involved with motorsports, I would say motocross is the toughest sport there is. Btw, I'm talking about the top/pro level of these sports, not the weekend/recreational level. Quote Link to comment

idecris
Have you guys seen Australian rules football? Grabe ang tackling with hardly any protective gear. Pero syempre MMA pa rin. Basagan kasi talaga MMA. An actual sport to KO or hurt and possibly injure. No contest sa ibang sports na scoring ang laro. Quote Link to comment

sportyguy
i go for triathlon, speaking of toughest, most physically demanding sport..you have to "train" hours, days and months in "three" different sports (swimming, biking and running) and compete in a race for just 1 day executing those three discipline. in Ironman, Triathlon consists of a 2.4-mile (3.9-kilometer) swim, a 112-mile (180-kilometer) bike ride and a 26.2-mile (42.1-kilometer) run.not only that, there is a time limit on every discipline that a participant have to beat or else they are out of the game. just imagine doing those three discipline within 17 hours(cut off time for ironman triathlon). grandkaiser13
sa tingin ko: - Triathlon - Mixed martial arts - F1 racing (talk about the mind - eye - body coordination, can't afford to miscalculate anything) - Rugby Quote Link to comment
