still negative, still no refund

 

9 months and still counting...

 

and the saga continues...11months and still waiting

 

to add insult to injury, they cut off our long distance capability because we have "unpaid balance"

 

which in reality is the REFUND!!!!

 

pa-DTI na kaya? baka may gustong tumulong?

update: ok na yung refund, eto naman kapulpulan

 

had the dsl service upgraded to a higher bitrate. two weeks pass and still no increase in surfing speed.

called up the customer service center and guess what? THEY LOST MY DOCUMENTS!!!!!!

i signed and filled up some forms for the new service and ohmygosh, they lost it, so it hasn't been put

into the system, hence no change in service.

 

let me repeat, they lost my documents. in their office. with full-time staff around.

i feel pity and anger for them at the same time. haaaaaaaaaaayyyyyy

I agree with you tsong... Yung sa amin naman may Linya kami ng Digitel sa Tanay Rizal hala mag-dadalawang buwan na may bill kami pero di naman namin magamit yung telepono. Ilang beses na namin pinuntahan yung sa Morong Branch nila pero walang aksyon. Totoo nga mga BOBO talaga!

 

Tol sa Taytay ganyan din. t**, if we can only gather more than 500 complainants then malakas magiging reklamo natin.

negative i agree. i cant watch a decent small size video. nakakabadtrip talaga!reklamo na natin. ako taga bulacan. gawin natin 10 subscribers per area/province.pwede na siguro yun. inis ako eh mga 6 to 7 months pa lang yung subscription ko eh.lets revolt against this gokongwei owned junk service!!! :grr:

3 Weeks Akong nawalan ng Internet ang sabi nila nanakawan ng cable at ongoing ang pagaayos ng linya.

For 3 weeks nagrequest ako na puntahan ng technician baka kasi di ako part ng problemang sinasabi nila dahil iyong katabi namin may internet naman.

Kung hindi ko pa hiniram ang modem ng kapitbahay namin, di ko malalamang modem pala ang sira at hindi ang sinasabi nilang linya :thumbsdownsmiley:

Kakaasar nga eh. 2 weeks akong nagrequest na tingnan ng technician nila baka kasi hindi naman ako part ng problem na sinasabi nila. Ng huli kong tinawagan sasagutin na naman ako na may problem sa line. Pahiya iyong customer rep ng sinabi kong modem ang problema di ang linya. Ano iyon 3 weeks nilang di maayos ang line dahil nanakawan, aba'y dapat sisantihin na nila ang Head ng Technical Team nila wala naman palang silbi.

akala ko big deal na yung problema ko sa DIGITEL, may mga mas malala pa pala sa akin ... Anyways three weeks na mabagal ang connection ko, wala akong upspeed ... mga 12 - 21 kbps lang ako haaaaaaay ... naka contract pa naman ako ng 2yrs sa kanila ... gusto ko nang magpalit eh. Nagaplano kaming mag-computershop at di ko kukunin ito!!! guys ano ba maganda??
