username23 Posted July 10, 2007 Share Posted July 10, 2007 slow internet connections and minsan madaya..... i had a problem before about my digitel dsl.... it was too slow for a 1g connection den dey tought me how to check and i found out na nadadaya cla ng speed ng connections usualy lower sa inapply mu.... too bad i hav 2 year contract sayang and ang mahal pa compared to other provider Quote Link to comment

Di daw pwede kabitan yung landland ko kelangan daw bagong linya! Ayoko mag change ng number at ayoko mag 2 linya kasi doble bayaran. Mga bobo Quote Link to comment

Gusto ko na nga rin sanang ipaputol sa akin at mag-aaply ako ng globe broadband kaya lang naka-lock ng 2 years sa akin at sayang din i yong 2500 na disconnection fee :thumbsdownsmiley: Quote Link to comment

Yung sa amin naman may Linya kami ng Digitel sa Tanay Rizal hala mag-dadalawang buwan na may bill kami pero di naman namin magamit yung telepono. hitomi Posted February 20, 2008 Share Posted February 20, 2008 ugh kala ko tapos na ang paghihirap update: ok na yung refund, eto naman kapulpulan had the dsl service upgraded to a higher bitrate. two weeks pass and still no increase in surfing speed.called up the customer service center and guess what? THEY LOST MY DOCUMENTS!!!!!!i signed and filled up some forms for the new service and ohmygosh, they lost it, so it hasn't been putinto the system, hence no change in service. let me repeat, they lost my documents. in their office. with full-time staff around.i feel pity and anger for them at the same time. haaaaaaaaaaayyyyyy Quote Link to comment
