sa work ko madaming hindi ko gusto, kaso trabaho lang walang personalan.

 

working for a position next to director(manager) eh talagang nakakaburaot.

makikisama sa lower position. minsan alam mo na mali na pero papalusutin mo para next time sya naman ang makikisama naman sya pag ako ang humingi ng pabor.

mameet ung demands ng director at owner(na minsan imposible na ang expectations nila).

magterminate ng isa sa employee(nakakakonsensya, lalo na pag iniisip na may pamilya din sila way back sa abroad)

meeting deadlines, schedule of activity, licensing, renewals of contracts. sus. akala ng lower position madami silang work. pero in reality, hindi lang nakakapagod ang maging manager, pressured pa.

no pressure. pwede relax lang during work.

Hate: (walang personalan, trabaho lang)

those people under me who doesnt want to obey, or sumunod man may comment pa

* The people are too serious.

* If you don't belong to a peer group, good luck kid...

* There is a superiority complex among the older employees and managers.
