- traffic

- politics, politics, and a$$kissing by some

- paperworks

- Convinient coz it's near my place

- compensation and benefits are good

- more friends

Don't Like:

- a lot of calls (queueing)

- traffic/ SLEX renovation

I DETEST the unflattering rent-a-cop uniform.

it's easy money where I'm able to study while working though

graveyard hours fits my sked so i'm not really missing alot of time with my kids since they're sleeping at those hours

PROS:

 

lots of airplanes

work is my field of interest

friendly environment among co-workers

able to mingle with some FA's at the slightest chance

 

CONS:

 

unexpected OTs

irritating Chinese Aircraft Technical Representatives

company management is worse especially to regular employees

long time to be promoted and hired

What I love about my job:

 

My bosses are not micro-managers. They have a "hands-off" attitude and trust me at my work.

My supervisor has a laid-back attitude. Puwedeng mag-leave anytime basta tapos na ang trabaho.

My co-workers are kind and give me presents and snacks every time. Para akong patabaing baboy sa work.

Work stability. You cannot be fired unless you commit a grave offense like stealing or killing someone.

 

What I don't like about my work:

 

My job title and work should be of a higher pay grade. (But I don't make a fuss and am grateful for my job).

My bosses are taking it too easy that I sometimes have to solve problems by myself.
