one sunday night sa sm north, may kasama ako 2 kids. marami naman dumadaan na taxi pero sobra arte lahat. tandang sora lang naman ako papahatid which is sobra lapit lang sa sm. dami na taxi na pinara ko wala nagsakay sa min. pag tinanong ko bakit ayaw, deadma lang ung driver. sa sobrang badtrip ko binagsak ko ung pagsara ng pinto nung 1 taxi. si manong pa may gana magalit, nagpark sya sa side tapos bumaba ng taxi nakatingin sa kin masama, hahamunin ata ako ng suntukan. dineadma ko lang at tinignan ko na lang ung kasama kong kids na pinaupo ko na lang sa side kasi pagod na din sila at antok na. baka madamay pa sila pag pinatulan ko ung driver. at last, after almost 1hr na pagpara at pagharang sa kalye nakakuha din kami.

driver: hirap kumuha ng taxi no?

me: onga eh

driver: sunday kasi ngaun, wala masyado pasahero. kaya pinipili isakay eh ung nakatira dun sa matao na lugar.

had a hard time getting a taxi earlier this afternoon

because of the sudden downpour.

 

first taxi wanted +50. the next 200 daw from WalterMart Makati

to SM Centrepoint. should have gotten their plates and reported

them to LTFRB.

 

the third was a winner, though: SAFETY BOARD/UVF129.

it was an Avanza - very comfy, malakas aircon, tsaka metro

ginamit. even though we got stuck in traffic in Sta. Mesa,

Polanne taxi or any taxi that has White with a blue stripe they are all affiliated. The taxi drivers have an uncanny way of saying traffic sana hindi nakita sinakay. One time sa pikon ko because we were at Kamuning I told him sige short cut tayo kaliwa mo sa edsa kanan sa east avenue. All along my phones recorder was on. It recorded he wanted to get +100 to to fairview and etc.

 

When we got to the front of LTFRB my friends had enforcers waiting from LTO I texted them ahead to wait up for the cab and gave the plate number.

 

The guy got a ticket for what he did. THe nice thing about riding cabs in front of LTO and LTFRB no one can deny you a ride or mangontrata so I changed cabs.

Heard that ROMCAT taxis talaga has a very bad reputation. At the best part pa nun, yung garahe nila katabi ng Camp Caringal!

 

A friend of mine got Ipit-Taxi by a ROMCAT cab, ended up kidnapping her. Pero she escaped. We learned later that ROMCAT cabs daw hire ex-cons. Pag nahuli daw ng pulis, isang araw lang ang kulong, pyansa na agad. Be very careful with this line of cabs, you might end up like my friend...undergoing psychiatric treatment for the trauma caused sa kanya.

ROMCAT - split from the infamous "bating-bating" WALLIS taxi. Other names which split from the former WALLIS: Glowing Stone and also World. Most of these ply QC areas, SM North. As much as possible - avoid these taxi companies especially peak hours and evening.

ok talaga yung mge, r&e, e f e, nine stars..magkakamag anak ang may ari niyan if im not mistaken.. so far all of my experiences sa taxi na yan e ok naman.
