Clark Cant
I have cardio machines---ellipticals and stationary bikes, plus some weights and abs exercise implements. The most important component of my gym is the Audio-Visual system. It helps me not get bored with the supposed hours of grinding and sweating it out. I should finish at least one episode of TV series or an entire movie (40 mins to 2 hours work-out). What I do not like in our regular paid gyms (FF, Golds, etc.) is the entertainment. Tops here would be FF before. You can rent VCDs, albeit with limited titles. It's still not the same though if you have total control of the equipment and have some privacy. Quote Link to comment

Redderredder
Invest kayo sa power rack with olympic barbell (with plates rin syempre), lahat ng importanteng exercise kaya niyo gawin. Squats, bench press (Kung may bench), deadlift, barbell rows, pullups, etc. Hindi ko nga alam presyo kasi binili lang para sa akin pero sound investment man. Pero masmaganda nga lang maggym nakang sa labas kung sawa na sa ambience ng bahay mo. Haha. Quote Link to comment
mrbig86
Guys, sino sa sa inyo ang may home gym/private gym? Do you invite some people over?I don't invite people to my home gym or else it defeats the purpose of me having a home gym in the first place - privacy and exclusivity. My wife also doesn't want other people seeing her work out. 1 Quote Link to comment
Aries.Maximus
multifunction power bench & dumbells Quote Link to comment
Gamb1t
A Squat Rack or if you have the budget, get a Power Cage paired with an Olympic Bar and Rubberized Plates. Probably one of the best investments I have done for my body. It saves space because everything you need is there. All you have to do is buy plates when your strength levels up. 😊 Quote Link to comment
K0RN - RETIR3D
If only I have that space in our garage, I could have invested in a Power Rack/Cage which you can also do Dips/Pullups plus an Olympic Bar (Hex Bar optional) with a set of weights. Parang ganito pero mas prefer ko yung Power Rack/Cage na pede ako mag-Deadlift sa loob. Quote Link to comment
