Working out at home is a great option if you have the space and a decent set of equipment. If you live in a condo or have a friend with one, consider using their fitness facilities as an alternative. Rig: 3x3 squat rack with pull-up bar 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 kg olympic bumper plates by pair 1.5, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 kg olympic tri-grip plates by pair 5-25 lbs hex dumbbells 7 ft olympic bar Olympic ez curl bar Elliptical trainer Resistance bands Landmine A mix of high density mats and rubber mats Quote Link to comment
