Guys I own a place in Boracay at D'Talipapa developed by the Elizalde family. 2 rooms lang siya with dining area at the front. Aircon, Cable TV, Stand-by generator and 24-hour security. I'm based Cebu but I'm staying in the place when I'm in Boracay. Ideal pang pamilya at pang barkada. (I don't recommend it for lovers though because the place is right smack at the center of restaurants and souvenir items.) I'm initially offering it for 1,000 per night for 2 pax. I could probably give additional person as discount na lang. My email: travelnandos@gmail.com. My fax: (032) 4129707. Pasensiya na for shameless advertising on this thread. Thanks!

which is better?

Rosas Garden Hotel or Tropicana Hotel in Manila?

Try Tri-place apartel and the new place Park Bed and Breakfast .. They are both on Wood street. I know Park bed and breakfast has Wifi. and 12 hour rates.

Wood street is the motel street if you are coming from makati. You cant miss it on the right side of the road.

For those who want to indulge in luxurious comfort this summer, there are fab hotels on promo. Vivere Suites (P5k+/nyt) and Bellevue Hotel (P4k/nyt) inclusive of buffet breakfast and free use of hotel facilities (pool, gym, sauna). Discovery Suites -(4k/nyt, 5k 2nyts). Not bad,eh. Go splurge. B)

near Ortigas Area

Cheapest hotel in the Ortigas Area

Astoria Plaza - Php3,500 - Php5,000 for one bedroom suite depending on season. Okey na din service and okay kung gusto mong makakita ng ibang artista and basketball players na resident nitong condotel na ito.

Cheapest hotel with big rooms - EDSA Horizon Hotel Boni Avenue near EDSA. The junior suite, which is big cost, just around Php3,500. Deluxe rooms I think cost about Php 2,000.00 Ok pa service.

I used to prefer Linden Suites pero nagmahal na sila. If you have the budget for Linden Suite (around 5,000K) I suggest mag Richmonde hotel ka na lang.

As the topic says, here's a list of hotels/inns that are affordable yet nice and cozy

1. Tower Inn , Quirino (near Davao Doc Hospital)

My officemates in URC before would always check in here before . Cheap but very comfortable. Near the mall (Gaisano Southmall) . Heart of Downtown area. Rate is around P800 for a standard room.

If you want to get a girl friend for the night , there's Malvar Street besides Davao Doc Hospital. Check out the thread in pick-up places davao for this.

2. Sampaguita Inn

This place is always full because it's really affordable . P400 for a standard room. Syempre its an inn so not like the standard room of a hotel. But it will do if you are on a budget.

Thanks for the Tip!
