2) In Boracay - Red Coco Inn de Boracay

3) In Iloilo City - Midtown Hotel

Try to search via asiatravel.com booking.com agoda.com or the like. They sometimes offer promo rate that is really cheap.

Red Plante/Tunes is clean, but I find it rather too cramped. Icon hotel is so-so, I like Rembrandt Hotel, clean, big and reasonably priced. It's also near a lot of eatery along Tomas Morato/Timog area.
