Two words Allan Shearer last night, i got physically drained as my mind was going over what would happen to transfers for newcastle. i was literally dreaming at what was going over the market. The first chance i got to check on the news was late tonight. And what i read, i couldnt believe it. I thoughr rhis must be a continuation of my dream. I'm not saying anything yet nor am i going to make any conclusions. I'm going to wait for nufc.co.uk to release word of confirmation. Whatever happens, I'll always be a Toon fan. duchessXI
Kevin Keegan has not been sacked as Newcastle United manager, according to a statement issued from St James' Park. Speculation has mounted all Tuesday that the Geordie idol had been sacked after a row over transfer policy with owner Mike Ashley and director Dennis Wise. However, United said: 'For the avoidance of doubt the Club has not sacked Kevin Keegan as manager.' when will owners/directors ever think that coaches/managers knows best. they have their own jurisdictions at their respective roles and shouldnt interfere with the works of the other. that is how mourinho left, and that is precisely how KK left. i could just imagine what Boss Ashley would be feeling like sitting in between and around the toon fans. i actually think he needs a facelift he wants to save his ass. biggyprox
annnnd the first one packing is kevin kee.... umm wait a minute, its alan curbishley of west ham! damn! the hammers have been a solid team, always menacing top flights. This is what makes the EPL so dynamic. I'm still hoping that the garbage in Newcastle gets resolved, Kevin Keegan is still the perfect man for the job, I still am anticipating how the team fares with him on the helm and with new signings to train, maybe a better Newcastle would emerge. Maybe in the following days, they'll see the light and get their act together. Quote Link to comment
